Terms of Service
Our terms of service - are simple and are designed to offer a service to our viewers wishing to promote their websites and products. This is a free service, providing viewers, people who write articles and publishers a place to exchange content. The following are some simple guidelines to assist authors and publishers.
Authors
You promise that you own the copyright on any material you submit. You grant free publishing/reprinting authorization to the owners of this website - ArticleNOOK and anyone associated with ArticleNOOK, as well as anyone wishing to download and publish an article, provided they adhere to these Terms of Service.
- You certify that the Article DOES NOT appear in another directory and that it is Unique.
- You certify that articles are factual and submitted into the appropriate categories.
- The article or story is not intended to harm members of the public.
- You certify that you have reviewed all links in the article and "About the Author" box and none lead to websites with illegal, pornographic or hate content, gambling, or any website containing or associated with such things.
- You may not submit any Article that contains illegal, pornographic, gambling or hate content.
- We do not at this time accept Press Releases as an article.
- Article and Author Bio links do not point directly to Affiliate Links
- ArticleNOOK retains the rights to edit submitted articles, see Special Notes
- Authors Contact Email must be a real and monitored address
- Authors name must be a "Real Name" or Pen-name and not a web-address
- That you will from time to time receive Newsletters from ArticleNOOK
- These terms may be change or added to without notice
Publishers
- You must not alter the articles in any way.
- You must leave intact all links within the article and in the "About the Author" box.
- You must leave intact the attribution and link to ArticleNOOK.
- You must not display our articles on any site with illegal, pornographic, warez, or hate content, or any website containing or associated with the same.
- You may not sell these articles individually, in a compilation, as part of any product, or in any way whatsoever.
Special Notes
- We retain the right to make the ultimate decision about what sites articles from ArticleNOOK may appear on.
- We retain the right to decline an article submission and may when necessary make changes to articles to ensure these terms of service are followed.
- We retain the right to make minor edits to Article, Summary and Author Bio to fit within our publishing Guidelines. Submissions with major indiscretions will be rejected (declined) with the reason to allow the author to correct and resubmit.
- We retain the right to re-categorize an article into one that best suites the article and readers searches.
- These terms may change or be updated from time to time. By submitting you have agreed to all these terms.
